Insa Istanbul Naylon Sanayi A.S. as an
establisment of Haci Omer Sabanci Holding A.S.,is one of the
vital sources of our textile industry
Correspond to one third share of Turkey's installed capasity
and succesful satisfaction of increasing demend of textile
industry,are evidence for that fact.
Insa was established in Istanbul-Avcilar in 1967 and started
production in 1968
Insa produces synthetic Nylon-6 yarns from caprolactam in its
high technology facilities,which are founded on an area of
17.500 m2
In genaral,Insa produces all textile fibers from 20 up to 210
deniers
Islon
Bright and seni dull textile fibers are
marketed under the name of ISLON,which is registered as a
guaranty of their quality.
Quality
Control
Aware of the fact that success in local and foreign markets is
a results of quality,Insa gives great emphasis to quality
control.
With this view the quality control division has been designed
to include contemporary equipment,where every stage of the
production prosess from raw metarial to the final product is
kept under close surveyance.
The existence of the latest technological equipment within
this division is the safeguard of the fact that the yarns
manufactured within the Insa plant are up to BISFA standarts.
Insa has a ISO 9000 Quality Certification.
In spite of difficult conditions of international competition,Insa
succeeded in penetrating foreign markets due to its upholding
in western standarts in its production.
Now,Insa exports in ever increaing amount to foreign countries,especially
to EU contries and contributes to foreign exchange income of
Turkey.
